I like cooking, experimenting & reinventing old favourites and I’m totally in love with Asian cuisine.

I’ve decided to ditch all processed sugar from my diet, hence all of the recipes are Gluten, Sugar and Dairy Free. I try to use only natural ingredients together with spices, fresh herbs and good fats.

The only sugar I’m ok with is the one naturally occurring in fruits and coconut sugar (that I use very rarely). The diet is similar to Paleo, the only difference is that I’m ok with rice, gluten free oats, legumes, potatoes and baby corn.

If you want to decrease the amount of processed sugar in your diet, take a peek at my recipes,  I’m sure you will find something for yourself! Some of my recipes are entirely Paleo or Vegan.
