Mango Chocolate Mousse

This dessert is incredibly smooth and totally irresistible. I usually sprinkle desiccated coconut on top and eat it with pancakes, can’t get enough of this stuff! Make sure your mango, banana and avocado are ripe. Once you put it in the fridge, the coconut oil will firm up and create a mousse-like consistency.

Don’t tell your friends you chucked the whole avocado in, they’ll never know 😉

Prep time: 10 min

Fridge time: 2 hours


What you need,

  1. 1 ripe mango
  2. 1 ripe avocado
  3. 1 ripe banana
  4. 4 tbsp of cocoa powder
  5. 4 tbsp of coconut oil

What to do,

  1. Blend everything together with a hand blender
  2. Place the mousse in a bowl and transfer to the fridge for 2 hours
  3. Enjoy it with fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwis or blueberries are the best)

    Gosia! What is nice about those recipes is that besides they seem to be really yummy, they are also still pretty easy to prepare. I’m going to try them one by one :]
